The sun-kissed garden beckons,
I sit and hear its call,
A chair and a nice table,
Is good for one and all.
The sun-kissed garden beckons,
I sit and hear its call,
A chair and a nice table,
Is good for one and all.
I can hear the creeping,
Of the Midnight Bogeyman,
But I’ll keep hidden in my bed,
For that’s the safest plan.
Be wary of the werewolf,
Fear the feral fox,
Note the nearsome creatures,
Beware what’s in the box
Hello to the World, Good Morning,
It’s a lovely sunny day,
Time to smile, it’s been a while,
Go out and enjoy play
A Wintered soul,
A sudden Spring,
Autumnal pains,
Death, Winter brings.
Deep inside the pet store,
I stood in disbelief,
As my puppy helped herself to treats,
Quite the little thief
There’s madness in
my history,
From where it is
a mystery,
I fear that it will
overawe
From then I will be
No more
The strains of life are telling,
Soon my will shall snap,
As every step is awkward,
There is no going back.
We strive to solve the mystery,
Of who we are,
Or whom we’ll be
A tired hand,
Cold
Broke,
Tired man,
Old,
Joke
